Creating Successful Groups

Today’s topic is loosely based on a book I read by Daniel Coyle who authored, “Secrets of Creating Highly Successful Groups.” This is a great book if you lead groups or are looking to learn to lead in any environment. There can be a rational heart-centered approach to building, using, and maintaining a healthy group environment and we'll explore that today.
