Language is the main method of human communication, it consists of words used in a structured and conventional way and conveyed by speech, writing, or gestures. In every relationship whether for business or for personal communication the use of language cannot really be avoided. The way we use language is vital to the way our communication is received by the intended party. The words we use, the intent we hold, the tone of our voice, the speed we speak, and at what volume we share with others will collectively determine how the listener receives our intended communication.
