A Walk In Peace

I want to share some information about one of my favorite meditation tools, it is walking a labyrinth. I use the process to work through problems or prayers that are weighing heavy on my mind. Many find the process to be religious, some simply spiritual but most find it peaceful. You may want to give it a try.
